Crewsure and their insurers have a wide range of specialist claims providers and assistance companies across the globe. For our marine product, the lead service provider is the Mayfair Group. Mayfair has more than two decades of experience in Expatriate healthcare services and is backed by a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the very highest level of customer care. Mayfair Consultancy Services Ltd. was established in 1990 and founded by its current Managing Director, Mr. Don Chopra, and current Chief Executive Officer, Mr Michail Chopra. Their international team has over 10,000 providers in 200 countries being accessible 24/7 x 365 days with multi-lingual staff and including medical staff including two full-time Medical Directors.
