With Andrew Briant having joined Crewsure as our Chief Executive Officer, and with Robert Miller and Ellis Goodger there is now a highly experienced and professional underwriting team supported by the latest CRM system allowing for rapid quotations, policy issuance and general administrative services.  Financial support headed up by our Chief Financial Officer, Jim Webb, and ably supported by Heather Rodden and Lucy Yates.

Crewsure utilises the latest in CRM platforms provided by Markit Systems Limited and our banking is managed by Vitesse Limited working in association with the UK office of JP Morgan.

Their extensive hospital network spans 180+ countries, offering direct guaranteed payments to hospitals and cash reimbursements for outpatient care.

Utilising the latest technology, claims can be submitted via an online portal, mobile apps, or secure email for fast and efficient processing.

To further support the wellbeing of crew members and their families, Mayfair offers Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, stress counselling, and dedicated mental health support, tailored to the unique challenges faced by seafarers.

For enhanced transparency and decision-making, Mayfair provides detailed management information, including an online dashboard and tailored data reports, from membership overviews to in-depth claims analysis.
