The Crewsure Family programme is designed to enhance the Crewsure Marine cover, or on a stand-alone basis, by providing healthcare to crew whilst in their home country on leave or rotation and 24/7 for their spouse and dependent children.

What is Covered?
- Health Cover
Crew and their families for medically necessary treatment for inpatient care of up to US$100,000 per person per insurance year and up to typically US$2,000 for Out-Patient care. Policies can be tailormade to meet your requirements
Who is covered
- Employees must be over 18 and under 65.
- Spouses must be over 18 (or of a local legal age) and under 71.
- Dependent children must be over 5 days old and under 19.

Deductibles
- No deductibles on in-patient care
- Out-patient care - Co-Pay from 10% to 20%
Eligibility For Insurance
All seagoing employees of the policyholder who are suitably qualified and/or licensed officers and their families.
Pre-existing conditions are included.
Medical Health is disregarded
Key Exclusions
- Treatment provided outside the approved network without prior authorization, except in the case of a life threatening condition.
- Intoxicants or controlled substances
- Sexually transmitted disease and/or HIV
- War &/or terrorism
- Professional sports, sub-aqua diving or racing of any kind
