The Mayfair Vital Scan is a quick, non-invasive digital assessment that can be completed remotely in just a few minutes. Following the scan, members receive a personalised wellness report providing a wellness score together with key indicators including stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure trends and broader wellbeing insights.

Designed to encourage greater health awareness and proactive wellbeing management, the service empowers members to better understand their overall wellness and identify areas where positive lifestyle changes may be beneficial.

We are delighted to offer this valuable enhancement as a complimentary benefit for the first year to eligible Crewsure Marine and Family Plan members, reinforcing our commitment to delivering meaningful, innovative support beyond traditional insurance and protection products.

Importantly, member privacy remains paramount. Individual scan results are provided directly to the member and are not monitored, reviewed or retained by Crewsure or Mayfair. Members remain fully in control of their personal health information and may choose to download and retain their reports for their own reference.
